Chesterbrook Driveway Renovation

This project consisted of the reconstruction and expansion of an existing asphalt driveway and new landscaping throughout the side and front yards. Siting on very steep slopes the grading and stormwater management design proved challenging. In Coordination with the project’s landscape architect (Tjaden Design Associates), Huska was able to provide a site design that worked with existing topography and improved the drainage conditions on site. Huska & Horgan navigated both Fairfax County and VDOT regulations to give the homeowners their beautiful new driveway.
