MARYLAND

WSSC Connection Permit
WSSC is responsible for and oversees the review and approval process for the abandonment and/or installation of new water and sewer service laterals to public water and sewer mains within Prince George’s & Montgomery County. Residential properties need to submit a House Location Form and apply for a Service Connection Permit (SCP) whenever they upsize or replace their water or sewer lateral. Commerical properties need to submit Site Utility Plans and apply for a SCP whenever they upsize or replace their water or sewer lateral.
