Luxury Pool in Arlington 

Huska & Horgan Engineering delivered specialized civil engineering services for this backyard enhancement project in Arlington County, focusing on the installation of a swimming pool and comprehensive landscaping upgrades. Our scope included site grading, stormwater management design, and utility coordination to support features such as a stone-tiled pool deck, new pool house with integrated kitchen and fireplace, hot tub, retaining walls with planters, and lush garden beds. The house was newly constructed with existing stormwater management infrastructure. Our team expertly coordinated our new stormwater management design with the existing by adding a new rain garden, three new planter boxes, and two new detention tanks on site.
