Potomac West Duplex

Huska & Horgan worked closely with Classic Cottages to help develop this beautiful duplex in Alexandria’s Potomac West neighborhood. The subdivision and grading plan process went smoothly thanks to continued collaboration among all the disciplines involved. We were able to minimize the impact of stormwater management on the site by incorporating two planter boxes into the screening walls between the lots in the backyard.
