The homeowners contacted Huska & Horgan after removing their permeable paver patio in their yard to construct a new flagstone patio and violated their SWM MMA with Arlington County. Huska coordinated with the County and designed a rain garden in the rear yard to offset the phosphorous removal credit from the permeable paver patio.
