An existing asphalt parking lot covering two lots was demolished, and in its place, two 3-story with basement townhomes were constructed. Each building serves as a two-unit residential apartment. Huska & Horgan provided full site civil design to include the design and permitting of a 1,700+ SF permeable paver parking area and a DDOT approved curb-side bioretention facility.
