An existing attached single-family building was demolished and replaced with a new 3-story building with a basement and penthouse. The building now serves as an 8-unit multi-family apartment. Huska & Horgan provided full-service site engineering to include new water and sewer laterals and the design of a permeable paver parking area in the rear yard.
