Organic Modern Custom in Arlington

Huska & Horgan provided full site civil services for a tear-down and new custom single-family home in Arlington Heights. The challenge of this project was balancing zoning restrictions, stormwater management compliance, all while maximizing buildable area on a smaller lot (5,000 SF). Huska & Horgan was able to help the client navigate these site-specific hurdles and the Arlington County permit review process to deliver another project home on-time and on-budget. The home was beautifully designed by J.Y. Lee Architects and expertly built by BODE Residential.
